Assessment & Investigation
CIDC's services include condition and capacity assessments, pump drawdown testing, flow and I&I analysis, wet-well evaluation, pump and forcemain hydraulics, and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA assessments. We identify deficiencies, evaluate future capacity requirements and develop practical rehabilitation or replacement alternatives supported by lifecycle considerations and capital cost estimates.
Design & Upgrades
CIDC provides preliminary and detailed design for new and upgraded pumping stations, including pumps, wet wells, stainless-steel piping, valves, forcemains, electrical and control systems, VFDs, standby generators, instrumentation, SCADA, site works and operator safety improvements.
Our designs emphasize reliability, redundancy, maintainability, energy efficiency and future capacity, while maintaining wastewater service during construction.
Construction Administration & Commissioning
CIDC supports projects through tendering, contract administration, construction inspection, shop drawing review, progress certification, change management, testing and commissioning.
Our commissioning experience includes verification of pump performance, operating levels, control sequencing, alarms, instrumentation, standby power and SCADA systems, helping ensure that completed facilities perform in accordance with the design intent.
